KWB is a specialist commercial property consultancy focused on the Midlands region, with offices in Birmingham and Solihull. Initially specialising in office sales and lettings, they have evolved to offer a unique body of knowledge and expertise in office and industrial property with specialist teams.
The brief
We provide KWB with a comprehensive range of marketing services to build awareness in expanding new markets and drive new business enquiries.
We manage, develop and maintain the brand of KWB and its subdivisions, which range from agency, both office and industrial, commercial and residential property management, fit out and move management, business rates consultancy and building surveying.
Beginning with the all-important strategy, which we establish and continue to refine in collaboration with KWB, we can carefully select the right approach for each of their projects.

- To provide a structure for regular marketing discussion and activity, and support the various office teams in any business development projects
