Evolving a successful employee-owned trust
The Alan Nuttall Partnership is one of the Midlands’ foremost Employee Ownership Trusts and parent company of another valued Carousel Marketing client. We have been supporting their needs since 2018.
The Alan Nuttall Partnership’s namesake and Founder was one of the first to turn his already-successful business into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This was a revolutionary concept at the time and led to a requirement for assistance in re-branding the business, as well as internal PR support.
To ensure the Partnership’s new direction was clear, focused and aspirational, Carousel Marketing was asked to create a brand, develop a website and design internal marketing communications.
For a seamless transition to the Partnership’s new website, regular, collaborative meetings were organised to share ideas and agree upon designs, content and messaging.
New imagery was also arranged by Carousel with photography delivered to reinforce the brand’s new identity and showcase the individuals at the heart of the Partnership.

Carousel has been a trusted internal resource within the Partnership, often managing communications and material for Partnership Briefing events, company surveys, strategic reports and new starters in the team.
We have also been involved in helping the Partnership celebrate annual EO Days, a nationwide day of recognition for all employee owned organisations. This has been upheld with branded presentations and the sourcing of special gifts and mechanise for Partners.
