Carousel has been working alongside Flexeserve, the leaders in hot food-to-go products and services, for many years to support their team with a wide range of marketing solutions.
Starting in 2018, Flexeserve approached our team to develop marketing collateral as part of their mission to help foodservice operators sell more and waste less.
They had recently launched their newest innovation, Flexeserve Zone, and wanted to showcase its unique technology, which had been proven to enable longer and better quality hot-holding than ever before.
Following the completion of the initial product brochure, we developed a website that would highlight the benefits of Flexeserve's unique technology, whilst also explaining their hot-holding mission and compelling history.
Together, we then focused our strategy on expanding the scope of Flexeserve’s operation. From supporting exhibitions at high-profile industry events with PR and marketing collateral, to building their submission for the Queen’s Award for Innovation, which they were later honoured with, this collaboration enabled Flexeserve to grow globally and become synonymous with their industry.
As part of this global expansion, Flexeserve utilised our strategy and research skills to help develop plans to establish a U.S. footprint with a second headquarters. This long-term project successfully navigated all the challenges associated with international growth, culminating in Carousel aiding in the HQ’s grand opening in 2023.
The U.S. team also continues to be supported with Carousel’s services, ensuring both sides of the business are able to thrive and enjoy ongoing progress.

Following the successful launch of Flexeserve Zone and a new website, Carousel has continued to work alongside Flexeserve as they grew globally – opening a North American HQ in Texas, launching new products and transforming more hot food operations than ever.
Further content support comes in the form of news stories and PR circulation, ensuring key moments are captured in a timely manner with rich and compelling copywriting. These stories can then be delivered to our network of PR contacts for wider coverage and greater brand awareness.
Aside from our focus on content and design material, we continue to aid in the development of their marketing strategy and future growth.
With many years of trust developed, we now act as Flexeserve's strategic marketing partner, offering key insights and advice as they enter new markets and continue to lead the food-to-go industry.
Our evolution of the Flexeserve website is ongoing, including developing multi-lingual capabilities and managing its consistent progression.
This has been enhanced by the addition of video content, developed by the Carousel team, to showcase the quality and unique features of Flexeserve’s products across a visual medium.
Working closely together, we continue to create new webpages, expanding on certain areas and releasing new functionality to ensure the website’s overall look and feel reflects Flexeserve’s status. This has been highlighted in the development of key event landing pages, which now feature modern animations, activated via scroll for a more engaging user experience.
