Complete support of birmingham’s latest landmark
BEORMA QUARTER is the newest addition to Birmingham’s skyline. Offering 29 floors of premium office, residential and retail space in the heart of Digbeth, this is a new community that was in need of comprehensive marketing support.
In 2024, Carousel was approached to aid in the marketing of BEORMA QUARTER, including commercial office space at 1 Beorma Place and residential space at Beorma Tower. All material produced would need to highlight the area’s communal feel, with excellent ESG benefits for commercial occupiers and residents, as well as its premium and high-quality features and overall aesthetic.
The unique location of 1 Beorma Place, opposite the iconic Bullring, positions it as a significant new landmark. Because of this, it was vital that the building’s marketing presence would create the same level of impact…
Initially, the client wanted us to reimagine their existing brochure, adding further creative flair and expanding upon their brand guidelines. This also led to developing their web presence from a single holding page to a multi-stage, evolving website that would fully capture their personality, selling points and goals.
We have since created an informative and exciting digital hub for the brand. Their website now includes a range of interactive features, including floorplans, specifications, the area’s historical lineage and more – all supported with high-quality images provided by Carousel.

Our support of BEORMA QUARTER is ongoing and continues to expand. The updates to the website reflect those of the development itself, meeting the demands of each stage of the process until completion.
Furthermore, we now manage the social media, CRM and additional PR activity for BEORMA QUARTER. We have created a bespoke database to ensure all communications can be seen by an accurate and engaged audience. As well as this, we have organically grown their social presence, posting relevant and informative content and connecting with key members of the property community.
We have also been instrumental in finalising the brand guidelines and other strategic documentation to be followed by all stakeholders. This has strengthened the brand and unified its voice.
