Shaping the city’s 133,000 sq ft premium office space

Carousel was asked to aid Coventry City Council in their development of a complete brand and marketing material for Two Friargate, the latest commercial property in the Friargate development and a new landmark for the city.

We positioned Two Friargate as a beacon for wellbeing, offering businesses in and around the Coventry region premium office space. With a design that would enhance sustainability and floorplates that enable complete customisation, it was important to show that Two Friargate could provide a modern, high-quality home suitable for any forward-thinking occupier.

Two Friargate was immediately iconic due to its prime location next to Coventry Railway Station and minutes from the city centre. With an abundance of local footfall able to follow its construction, we wanted to ensure the building’s digital presence was just as significant.

Beginning by creating core marketing material – a strict set of brand guidelines, website and initial social media and email campaigns – we were able to establish a clear brand identity.

To ensure our communications could be as effective as possible from the start, we also developed a database of key contacts. These contacts were established via our own intricate research methods, improving the potential for occupier leads and maximising high-value brand awareness.

Two Friargate was soon able to attract attention from major UK businesses, including Octopus Energy. Their investment into five floors of the space has proven popular with their team, whilst also invigorating the city’s business network.

These lettings have been supported by further marketing material from Carousel. We have developed a premium brochure for the building, enhanced the website further with news, additional webpages and professional photography. We have also aided in event management and communication.

To this day, we continue to manage Two Friargate’s web presence and deliver rich social media and email content to their database of highly specified and researched contacts.

Carousel still work with us closely across all manner of marketing material, strategising with us to ensure Two Friargate remains the top commercial office space in Coventry.
