As our Operations Manager, Jess specialises in the detail. Supporting many of our clients, her work ranges from handling marketing campaigns and maintaining databases to updating website and social media content, and conducting data analysis.

Jess joined Carousel from a sales management background – where she had been responsible for a busy sales team – and moved into marketing in search of her next big challenge.

One of our most cheerful team members, outside of work you may find Jess in a mosh pit as she passionately enjoys Metalcore – a completely new genre to many of us – and regularly goes to gigs in the City.
